• Manipulate referral systems
• Harass other users or staff

6. Referral Program

• Earn 10% commission on referrals' legitimate earnings
• Referrals must be real people you personally invited
• Purchased referrals or bot accounts are prohibited
• We reserve the right to void suspicious referral commissions

7. Content and Advertisements

• Advertisers are responsible for their ad content
• We screen ads but are not liable for advertiser claims
• You must view ads for the required duration
• Clicking ads does not guarantee advertiser conversions

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Suspicious patterns
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Inactivity for over 12 months

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Platform provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We are not responsible for technical failures
• Earnings are not guaranteed

10. Limitation of Liability

EarnFlow and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Loss of earnings due to technical issues
• Advertisers' failure to pay
